Choosing insoles: everyday comfort without clinical claims
Written and reviewed for clarity by the AUREZA TOUCH Editorial Team.
To choose insoles for everyday wear, start with the room in your shoes and how they feel when you walk. If you have pain or suspect plantar fasciitis, talk the choice over with a professional. A comfort insole is not a substitute for an assessment or a prescribed orthotic.
Check that they fit in your shoes first
Try them with the shoes and socks you normally wear. Your toes should have room and your heel should feel stable. An extra layer can make a shoe that used to fit well feel tight. Compare a smooth surface with a textured one: feeling more pressure doesn't mean getting a better result.
What independent sources cover
The NHS mentions wide, comfortable shoes and soft insoles in its general guidance on heel pain. It does not assess AUREZA TOUCH or recommend our insoles. The NCCIH notes that there is no conclusive evidence that static magnets are effective against pain. These sources do not support a therapeutic claim for a magnetic accessory.
Don't force it
Start with a short trial at home. Take the insole out if it causes rubbing, pain or numbness. Seek advice if the pain gets worse, keeps coming back or limits your activities. If you have diabetes, reduced sensation or skin injuries, ask for guidance before trying any accessory.
Buying with clear expectations
We sell AUREZA TOUCH insoles for everyday comfort, and we have a commercial interest in this guide. Check the sizes, current features and returns policy on the product page. The massage sensation is a matter of personal preference; we do not present it as proof of clinical effectiveness.
Do these insoles replace a prescribed orthotic?
No. A prescribed orthotic requires professional follow-up.
Does more pressure mean more benefit?
No. How intense a sensation feels does not demonstrate a therapeutic effect.
Should I keep using them if I feel pain?
No. Take the insole out and seek advice if your symptoms persist.
