Flat Feet and Fallen Arches: Support That Makes Standing Easier

With flat or fallen arches, the arch of the foot sits lower and flattens more when you stand. That extra movement makes the foot and lower leg work harder to stabilise every step — which often shows up as tired feet, aching arches, and fatigue that creeps up the legs.

A stabilising arch core gives the foot something to rest against instead of collapsing fully with each step. That doesn't "fix" the arch, but it reduces the strain, so muscles aren't constantly compensating. For many people the difference at the end of a long day is significant.

Flat feet often mean pressure lands unevenly. A cushioned base spreads impact more evenly and softens the shock from hard floors, which helps the whole foot feel more comfortable.

Support only works if it sits in the right place. Trim-to-fit insoles let you position the arch support correctly for your shoe and foot length, instead of fighting a one-shape-fits-none design.

If you've worn flat, unsupportive insoles for years, real support can feel different at first. Wear new supportive insoles for a few hours a day to start, then increase as your feet adjust.

Flat feet don't have to mean tired, aching days. The right arch support and cushioning take the strain off feet that work overtime. AUREZA TOUCH insoles deliver trim-to-fit arch support and cushioning in one pair.
