We want you to love your AUREZA TOUCH insoles. Every order comes with a 30-day risk-free trial. If you're not satisfied, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund of the purchase price.
How to start a return
Email us at hello@aurezatouch.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply with simple instructions on how and where to send your item.
Please do not send items back before contacting us and receiving return instructions.
Conditions
To be eligible, items should be returned in a clean and reasonable condition. For hygiene reasons we may be unable to accept items that are excessively soiled or damaged beyond normal trial use.
Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect. Please keep your proof of postage.
Refund timing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within [REFUND PROCESSING TIME, e.g. 5–10 business days].
Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
