Acupressure insoles: what everyday comfort can mean

Written and reviewed for clarity by the AUREZA TOUCH Editorial Team.

Acupressure insoles may feel pleasant to some wearers, but that personal sensation is not proof that they treat foot conditions. Choose them only as an optional everyday comfort accessory, based on fit and how the textured surface feels to you.

Start with the shoe, not the promise

Check the space above your toes, the width of the shoe and whether your heel stays secure. An extra insert can make a previously roomy shoe tight. Compare a smooth insert with a textured one: a stronger pressure sensation does not mean a better result. If you cannot try before buying, check sizing and the current return terms on the product page.

What the independent sources actually say

The NHS heel-pain guide discusses roomy footwear and soft insoles among general options. It does not test or endorse AUREZA TOUCH or acupressure textures. NCCIH reports that research on static magnets for pain is limited and inconclusive. Those findings cannot support a magnetic insole pain-relief promise.

Keep the trial comfortable

Try an unfamiliar texture briefly at home in your usual shoes. Remove it if you notice rubbing, pain or numbness; do not treat discomfort as evidence that pressure points are working. If pain persists, worsens or interferes with daily activities, seek professional advice. Foot pain with diabetes or loss of sensation deserves assessment before experimenting with inserts.

Our commercial interest

We sell AUREZA TOUCH insoles. This guide explains a shopping decision; it is not an independent product test, a clinical recommendation or a guarantee of relief. Our product belongs in the everyday comfort category.

Are these medical orthotics?

No. A comfort insert does not replace assessment or prescribed orthotics.

Do magnets prove that an insole works?

No. NCCIH does not establish static magnets as effective for pain.

Should I keep wearing them if they hurt?

No. Remove the insert and seek advice if symptoms persist.
