Choosing Insoles: Comfort and Medical Limits
Written and reviewed for clarity by the AUREZA TOUCH Editorial Team.
For an everyday insole, what matters most is how it fits inside your shoe and how it feels to wear. If you have foot pain or suspect plantar fasciitis, a product description can't tell you what the right care is. A comfort insole is no substitute for a professional examination.
Check the space in your shoe first
Try the insole with the shoes and socks you actually wear. Your toes need room, and your heel should sit securely. Extra thickness can make a well-fitting shoe too tight. Compare a smooth surface with a textured one: more pressure doesn't automatically mean more benefit.
What the sources show
In its general guidance on heel pain, the NHS mentions wide, comfortable shoes and soft insoles, among other things. That is not an endorsement of AUREZA TOUCH, nor evidence for acupressure-style textures. According to the NCCIH, there is no conclusive evidence that static magnets are effective against pain. No corresponding product claim can be drawn from that.
Take how it feels seriously
Try an unfamiliar surface at home for a short time first. Take the insole out if it rubs, hurts, or causes numbness. Pain that keeps coming back, gets worse, or limits your daily life should be checked out. If you have diabetes, reduced sensation, or broken skin, seek professional advice before trying it.
Putting our product in context
We sell AUREZA TOUCH as an accessory for everyday comfort, and we have a financial interest in this guide. Check the size information, current features, and return conditions on the product page. This text is neither an independent product test nor instructions for treatment.
Do comfort insoles replace prescribed orthotics?
No. Prescribed orthotic care has to be tailored by a professional.
Is more pressure better?
No. A feeling of pressure is not proof of a medical effect.
Should I put up with discomfort while breaking them in?
No. If they cause discomfort, take the insole out and have persistent symptoms checked.
